Incubator Spaces

Interested in renting an incubator space at The Nine Oh Six? Applications are now open!

The intent of these spaces is to rent to small businesses who have interest in growing into their own shop. It is a great opportunity to practice having a physical store front without the pressure and reality of doing it on your own. Your application will stand out if you have history of being in business, a current social media presence, willingness to work for discounted rent (not necessary though), and a complimentary business to the current tenants. Please apply regardless! We want to provide opportunities for businesses to thrive and get started without the stress of fully jumping in.

We currently have two spaces open for applications. The first space available is a private 6’x15’ customizable room $400 a month unless you work two days a month, then it's $325. The other is a 10’x10’ $400 a month unless you work two days a month, then it’s $325. I don’t take commission on sales! You could make a million dollars and only owe rent. Leases are signed every 4 months in case business grows or plans change. Lease will start Jan 1, 2025.
