Can I return or refund an item?

You can only return or refund an item if it was damaged during shipping. Why? Being a small business, every penny earned goes straight into rent, groceries, car payments etc. If items have arrived broken, I must receive 2-5 images of proof of damage to file for insurance to issue a refund.
